How do I book?
Once you’ve had a quote and confirmation of our availability, just drop us an e-mail to arrange a deposit and we’ll put it straight into our calendar. As easy as that!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable unless under extremely rare and unforeseen circumstances the band are unable to make the event.
How do I pay?
You are welcome to pay the remaining balance with cash on the evening or via bank transfer no later than 7 days before the event. Please contact us for account details.
How long do you play for?
Usually we cover approx 3x 45minute sets. We’re flexible in terms of breaks, start times, etc. and are happy to work around other plans such as buffet, speeches etc. We assume 7:30pm guest arrival with a standard finish time of midnight. Later finishes can be discussed if required but may incur extra cost.
How long do you take to set up?
We usually allow around 45 minutes for setting up depending on venue access and room layout. With this is mind, we aim to arrive around 1hr before guests arrive.
How much space do you need?
We’ve squeezed in many tight spaces in the past, but ideally we require at least 6m wide x 3m deep. Anything more is VERY welcome!
Can I request a first dance for the band to play?
Of course! Just let us know that you'd like it to be performed by the band. If this a special request outside of our repertoire, please let us know at least 30 days in advance.
Do I also need to book a DJ?
Our price includes disco/DJ between sets. You’re even welcome to provide your own Spotify playlist or a few requests if you wish.
Do I need to pick the set list?
Our huge setlist is fine-tuned to cater to most tastes and ages, but if you have something in mind that you REALLY want to dance to, let us know! Otherwise, don’t worry about it too much - we’ll keep you on the dancefloor!
Are you able to play outdoor/marquee events?
Absolutely! Our sound system is very capable and can handle very large open spaces. All we require is a power source nearby.
Are you able to provide Public Liability documents?
Of course. We have all certified documents available to send out to venues upon request. Just let us know where to send it to.
My friend is a great singer; can they come up and sing a song?
No problem - we’re always up for a bit of fun!
We need to do some speeches. Can we use your microphone?
Of course! We also have a wireless mic to make things easier.
Can we see the band live?
Unfortunately most of our gigs are for private events so this is not usually possible. Our videos are recorded live and give a good idea of our sound. We do the occasional public gig, so please follow us on Facebook to keep up to date!
What happens if a band member falls ill?
We all know that people can fall ill without warning - but we have this covered! In the unlikely event that a member is unable to attend, we have a trusted group of musicians to call upon to cover any parts within the band, so rest assured you will still have the full experience.
Am I able to cancel or change the date of a booking?
If you wish to cancel or change the date of a booking, please inform us no later than 30 days before the event. If you wish to cancel a booking, please note that all deposists are non-refundable. If you wish to change the date and we are available, we are happy to keep your deposit in place for the new date. If the new date is unavailable in our calendar, deposits cannot be refunded.
Can you provide an invoice?
If your event requires an invoice, please let us know and we’ll get one sent over right away!
